Brookstone at Beavercreek Homeowners' Association, Inc., is a thirty five unit, single family, residential development located on Hillsdale Rd in the Brooktone subdivision in Beavercreek, Green County, Ohio.  The community was developed by Hills, recognized as one of the nation's Top 100 builders by Builder Magazine.

The development was incorporated in November of 2001 and consists of thirty five one and two story single family homes ranging from 1,927 to 3,464 square feet.  All are one story and consist of a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and either a patio or a deck.  The Woodridge models include a den.  First floor units include a basement with a walkout to a concrete patio.  All of the units on the third floor have fireplaces and cathedral ceilings in the living rooms.  Garage space is also available.  Members of Regency Ridge also have access to a community Clubhouse and Pool.

Brookstone is a not-for-profit corporation in which every owner is automatically a member.  No other parties may become members.  Each member has one vote for each Unit owned.  The association is managed by a Board of Trustees made up of homeowner volunteers elected by the membership.  The Board is responsible for enforcing the covenants and restrictions contained in the Declarations.
